After 4 matches, top 4 teams progress to the SUPACOPA MK Semi-Final. Teams finishing 5th-8th enter the Plate Semi-Final and the bottom two sides participate in a play-off series (wooden spoon).

Positions are decided (in order) by: Points, G/D, GF, GA, H2H (if applicable)
