Group phase - 3 matches across the league, seeded based on last season's table.

After 5 matches, group winners and best 2nd place team progresses to the SUPACOPA MK Semi-Final. Teams finishing 2nd and best 3rd place teams enter the Shield Semi-Final and the remaining 4 sides enter the Shield Semi-Final.

Positions are decided (in order) by: Points, H2H (if applicable), G/D, GF, GA.

• Group Phase G1, G2, G3 - 1st Jul, 5th Aug, 16th Sep

• Semi-Finals - 21st Oct
